I called more than 12 times with my request to refund overpaid amount (over 40.00), cancelled my services over 3 months ago, All my calls are ignored, I'm on hold for over 40 minutes, every time they saying refund is on the way...
Liars big time.
I'm not giving up... over 40 bucks has been stolen from me.... Stay away from STARTEC-THIEF!

If you paid with your credit card dispute the charges.
