Lifelock 'Security' - Complaint
I have been a member of Lifelock for a couple years. I got a letter that my renewal was declined (credit card expired) but I decided to let my membership lapse. A couple months later Lifelock started debiting my checking account $25 per month! When I called they told me my membership was cancelled and could not explain why they were charging $25/month (which I never authorized!)
I gave them my credit card, not my checking information, so don't know how they got this information but I never authorized this monthly charge! DO NOT TRUST LIFELOCK WITH YOUR INFORMATION!

File a fraud alert with your bank as well as chargebacks.

You can't charge it back. You'll have to get your refund from Lifelock.

sounds like LifeLock is using your personal information to scam you, not help you
