GMAC Insurance Complaint - Terrible Service! Don't Ever Sign With Them - Auto Insurance

HA. GMAC insurance agency is a JOKE! I can't believe I even payed them! I was in an auto accident and have been paying them every month since I got my policy, and they have no problem accepting my money. However, I was in an auto accident last month, which was not my fault, and I was actually hurt in this accident. I have to see the chiropractor and needed XRAYS. they will not cover anything instead they dropped me. FUNNY ? WHY THE HELL DO I PAY YOU ?!! You suck!!! Hello that is why people pay insurance to be covered for ACCIDENTS!! I didn't jump out in the road and scream to be rear ended. I STRONGLY do NOT recommend this company to ANYONE! Unless you like to waste your money for nothing in that case just put it in the trashcan.
Overall this place is horrible, and my agent is RUDE! So rude they don't care to hear what you have to say or give a rats ass about you as a person.

You may wish to speak with the adjuster re: the reason your claim was denied. You may be able to see if anything can be done about the situation. You say it wasn't your fault, but if you hit a deer to miss another car (for example), that is still an at-fault accident. Also, find out if any insurance points are going to hit your insurance account.

You could also consider contacting your state's insurance commissioner's office. They will often advocate for the consumer, and insurance companies *hate* having to deal with them.

Ken is giving you good advice. If you are in Tennessee don't waste your time with the insurance commission. They are in bed with the insurance companies here. Long story, but documented. Get an attorney and fight!
