Complaint - Very Poor Customer Service and Billing Practices

MIRAMAR, FLORIDA -- I signed up with this company for online internet access in April of 2001. I used a debit card for payment and my account was billed seven times for the amount of $9.95 which was the monthly charge for internet service. I tryed to contact the company by telephone and email and never received a return call. I did receive an email from the company stating that my account would be credited on their next billing cycle. I waited and checked my account and it was never credited. I emailed them again and again and got no response. I did notice that my account wasn't charged for May and thought that the company would just keep the money and consider me paid up until October. I went through my bank statement for June and noticed that they deducted another $9.95 from my account. I want some kind of resolution to this problem.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I want to cancel my service with this company at this point and want a full refund for the monies due me. I wish that they would improve their customer service. I have tried so many times to contact them. My service for the internet has been good but I do not trust this company any more and want my money back and my service cancelled.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
