T-Mobile Complaint - Terrible.... everything
I have been with T-Mobile for a little over 1 year and I had no complaints till, now! I tried to upgrade to a family plan and they messed everything up. They are now making me pay more for the plan I have had for the past year+. Needless to say I am going to pay the cancellation fee... and call it quits. They are terrible on every angle, not to mention none of their customer service people speak clear English and their coverage map LIES.... says I should have full coverage with no issues WRONG!
