United Parcel Service Complaint - Don't Open an Online Account
Three weeks ago I needed a package sent with signature so I opened an online account and got my label. Today I received a notice that they charged me again for delivery. If I had sent this via a UPS Store they couldn't do this to me. But without notification and without authorization they charged my credit card. I canceled the online account and will be starting a dispute on Monday with the CC company, and going to try blocking them from further use of my card. I will no longer use their services except as a last resort.
