AT&T Wireless Complaint - Problems with the number of "authorized users" allowed on a account
REDMOND, WASHINGTON -- Please be aware of a major problem with a change in AT&T Wireless Accounts that affect all family plans.
One of my daughters tried to replace a lost cell phone and was told she could not activate a new phone because she was not on the account as an "Authorized User" She called me last night, I called Customer Service and added her name.
This morning I called Customer Service to add my other two daughters (all three college graduates and scattered across the United States) and was informed I could only have TWO "Authorized Users" on my family plan of FIVE phones !!!!!
So how does my adult daughter, whom I couldn't put on the account, replace her phone if needed? Do I have to purchase one for her and Fed Ex it to her ?!!!!!
