Hoover Company Complaint - Nothing Sucks Like A Hoover - Customer Service
Customer Service - Complaint
I purchased a Platinum stick vac a few months ago. From the very first charge, the battery only lasted 15 minutes at best, half that if you use the brush roll. I contatced customer service 3 times, but received no response. After doing some research, it appears I'm not alone here. MANY people report very poor battery life with this problem and many more than that report rude or non-exitent customer service. This is a company that's been in business for a very long time. You would think they'd have better CS. I should have done more research before purchasing from them and I hope others do and go with a better company when purchasding. Companies like this don't deserve to be in business.
