T-Mobile Complaint - Horrible Customer Service
T-Mobile Customer Service is horrible. My wife added me to her account 3 months ago. We had incorrect charges with the first bill, which we had to call customer service several times to finally get corrected. Then a mysterious $40 bill appeared and we began getting calls that we were going to be sent to collections. Repeated calls to customer service we were told everything was fine, in fact we had a $200 surplus. Another final notice appeared and after an hour on the phone we were told it was our responsibility to pay this bill. So we've paid a $40 bill that we have no idea where it came from. It doesn't show up anywhere for the on-line bills. This is truly the worst customer service experience I've had in my life.
