DirecTV Inc Complaint - Horrible customer service---- technical dept supervisor
Hi, my name is vani I have been with direc TV for a very long time, never had a problemtill now. i moved into a new place and direcTV guy came to install some wirings which were improperly installed. my 2 year old was able to access those wires and there looked like they were a hazard so I called direcTV in order to get the guy back and reinstall them properly and the supervisor named robert with i. d. number 255267 told me that they will have to charge me $50 for something their guy didnot install properly and the fact that I am paying $5 every month for protection plan does not matter. the supervisor did not care when told that we can cancel the service and did not seem to care about the safety of my kids, he ignored the fact that it was direcTV guy who installed the wirings improperly was very rude and seemed to me was not even interested in anything I had to say. I hope this review is read by somebody in direcTV who has some authority and they straighten out supervisors like Robert who puts direcTV's name in shame.
good thing when I called again I expressed my disappointment and this very nice customer representative named Trey helped me.
SUPERVISORS LIKE ROBERT WITH ID # 255267 ARE THE ONES WHO TAKE COMPANIES LIKE DIRECTV AND GIVE THEM BAD NAMES. I AS A MOTHER WILL NOT WANT TO THINK THAT IN OUR SOCIETY COMPANIES DONOT CARE ABOUT OUR KIDS AND THERE SAFETY. I HOPE THIS MATTER IS TAKEN SERIOUSLY BY ANYBODY AND ALL THE COMPANIES WHO EVER READS THIS REVIEW. SAFETY OF THERE CUSTOMERS AND THERE KIDS SHOULD BE A PRIORITY AND NOT SOMETHING TO BE MESSED WITH.
