Delta Airlines Complaint - Stolen Bags - Baggage
GEORGIA -- On a recent non-stop flight from Atlanta to Las Vegas my bags did not arrive at the Delta turnstile. I immediately reported the loss and was given the claim forms and assurances that they would be delivered to my hotel.
They were not and after over 20 calls to customer service, average response time 35 minutes, I was informed that my bags were "probably" stolen. I was told that Delta was not responsible for security the airport was, I did not contract & pay the airport!
I was in Vegas for Coperate meetings and had to purchase suits, shirts and shoes at a great cost.
