2009 Banzai Sidewinder Falls Slide - Complaint
I also have had trouble with my Banzai slide. This is the FIRST summer that we have owned it; only 3 months in, and it has already had an air leak and ripped out at the seams. I am currently negotiating with Banzai to see if they can help, but I doubt they will. I've been waiting for their "supervisor" to review my email and get back to me. My advice to others is to NOT buy a Banzai product as they do not back their product. Very upsetting from a company that makes millions and can't help those who obviously purchased a defective product. I'm not asking for my $ back, I just want to replace the one that is defective.

nowhere in instructions did it say to watch that the neck where the hose connects could twist and restrict water flow.after i turned the water on i walked back around to the slide where a large bubble had formed and burst.luckily i cut the neck off and repaired the feed with a hose clamp to save the birthday party on a 102 degree day.
