Edwards Appliances Complaint - Don't use Edwards - Rapair Maytag Washer

FAYETTEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA -- I have not had a washer in two months thanks to Edwards and the terrible service I have received. I have a warranty with Lowes and have had the worst service ever. They have ignored numerous phone calls, it took them 6 weeks just to get the washer. After many no shows, no calls, and time I had to take of work they finally got it. So if you want something done quick, don't call them.

I find I have better luck dealing with a local appliance store. I'm glad you got your issue resolved albeit late.

I'm guessing that you are covered under an extended warranty through Lowes. If that's the case the warranty is covered by National Electronic Warranty, (NEW), and they have a tendency to low-ball service companies. Call them and request a different servicer, just be sure that it is not Sears/A&E or you will most likely be worse off. You may also want to call Maytag and register a complaint as Edwards is a Maytag factory authorized service company.
