Stamps.com Complaint - Stamps.com Bad Accounting

TEXAS -- Our firm used Stamps.com for a while and then chose to cancel the service (we now get great service through Dymo). We paid the final bill promptly with a check...but they keep billing us. The first time I called they told me that they accidentally billed a group of customers that had already paid and to ignore the notice. Upon receiving a nasty collection letter, this month I called and they said they would request that our account be cleared and to ignore any future notices. I wonder how many firms have continue to pay this monthly fee - after the service was cancelled? My guess is, if you continue to pay, they will continue to bill you for services you are not receiving. I'm glad we don't do business with them anymore and would recommend chosing another service if you are in the market for an online postage provider.
