Husky Complaint - Poor quality

ILLINOIS -- I am looking to see where I can file a formal complaint with regarding my pressure washer. I bought mine from Home Depot in Tallahassee, Fl in Jan 2009. Was told it was being discontinued and only had the one. Had to take it back the next day as my box was missing parts and they gave me the display unit. Used it once and the pressure stopped working and I could only get it to do 'medium' pressure not high and the next day the handle started leaking to the point that it wouldn't even come out the nozzle. Went back to return it a week later, and low and behold, they had many in stock. Got another one in a box this time. The weather turned cold for a time and I didn't get to use it. when I finally could, and using it for one project, the pressure went bad again. By this time I couldn't return it to HD. Called the Husky co and emailed a pic of the part that busted. They sent the part and I had to fix it. (no instructions either). This happened 2 MORE TIMES!! (I would get the part, get one or part of one project done before the part went bad again) I finally said I do not want this product and they have basically said I am stuck with it as they 'do not do refunds of pressure washers'.

It is now Sep 2009 and now I am having it wait on a shipping tag to send the unit back for repair. And all this time I am without a unit and everything is getting filthy. They won't even rent a unit for me to use. I will NEVER recommend this company.

Customer service with Husky was not helpful for me in case you didn't catch that in my complaint. In January, I finally went to the local Home Depot where I bought the unit and showed them my year's worth of Husky customer service emails, shipments, replacement parts, etc...THEY took care of the problem. Suffice it to say, I do have a pressure washer, but it is not a Husky brand.
