Netflix Complaint - Netflix Complaint - The Truth Behind Their Service
LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA -- Of the last 7 movies, which I received from my Netflix subscription, 7 were unplayable. Of the last 12 movies received, 9 were unplayable. Typically, they would play until over half through and then freeze or return to the beginning. It didn't matter if the disc had been cleaned or not.
I have complained, countless times, to Netflix including a letter to CEO Reed Hastings and have never received one word of comity. The company has no visible "customer service" department and appears to be interested in taking subscribers' money without responding to complaints.
This is a company that should be cited by the Federal Trade Commission or state Attorney Generals' offices. I am gladly cancelling my subscription after being with them for over 4 years. They have stolen my money long enough.
