Slanket Informative - Slanket vs. Snuggie What To Expect

Review by mictrostar on 2009-09-02
I have purchased both and find the Slanket to be expensive but worth it. A blanket with sleeves! It has only made that former freezing student into a million dollar guy! I like the fact that it is long. For someone 6'2" that is a plus. The thing is so big, you could wear it for Halloween!
I purchased 4 Snuggies for the Holiday Season as presents, and when they arrived, they were: thinner, shorter, not as well made, coarse, and only came in strange colors... BUT the women I bought them for liked them because they fit them close. (and I didn't show em my Slanket) shhhhh! So... you get what you pay for rings true yet again.

They always looked like cultist robes to me. If i needed something like that, I'd just wear my bathrobe backwards :)

mictrostar, I like your style. your reviews are like a breath of fresh air around here. now I'm going to need the names of those women at once. how dare you keep such a secret from them?

If you're going to juggle 4 women, its really admirable to buy them ALL presents for Xmas. You go boy!

Next year...ShamWow.

If I ever were on unemployment and didn't really want to go back to work soon, I would probably wear one of these things to the job interviews. I might even throw in a binky and a Bozo wig to complete the package.

Looks like you'd have trouble keeping it up over your shoulders and that would drive me crazy!

Love it, DC! I'll have to keep that in mind if I ever go on unemployment. DB, you could keep it closed in back with a safety pin! :D

DC, if you were on unemployment and didn't want a job you'd wear one of those? Forget it pal. You'd be the best one dressed there and given the job immediately. What ever happened to grandma's quilt? The same one you've got in a hugh plastic bag under some bed in the house.

Nice informative mictrostar. I don't guess I'll being doing any early Christmas shopping or if I do I'll know what NOT to buy.
