Ecost Complaint - Came without charger or usb
The product came in a plain box unwrapped and already registered with archos (not refurnished as stated) It had finger prints all over it and came without the charger and a bad usb.
I called ecost and stated that the product can't work without being charged and they said they will sent me these items right away.
I received a phone call saying it will be sent out the same way I had it shipped ie 2 day usp and that I would receive an e-mail with tracking information.
Never received the email and it has been over a week, just received and e-mail stating that it has been passed to the proper department that handles this.
They just pushed this off and that is that.
Now I received a used product that is not refurnished(refurnished are even better then the new ones because the manufacturer checks it out real good) This was a used one and I don't know what is wrong with it.
Not what they advertise and it is pot luck because if anything goes wrong they will not answer you or replace it.
Do not buy from e-cost beware
