CheckFree Complaint - No notices of scheduled payment
This company is difficult to reach and has a very poor scheduling system. The first and last time I used the CheckFree website, I accidentally paid $2600 instead of $26.62 to a retailer. I had intended to pay immediately but apparently scheduled the payment for a specific date by accident too. I did not receive any e-mail confirmation that I had scheduled this amount to pay and was expecting immediately payment so I thought it didn't take and paid with another method. When the funds were finally deducted from my bank account, it caused me a lot of trouble to get back. CheckFree could have saved me this trouble by sending me e-mail that I had scheduled a large payment for a specific date, which most websites do.
