Sharon Dale Complaint - Faulty Product, and faultier customer service
JACKSON, MICHIGAN -- Inferior product; horrible customer service; you sit on the phone with them for hours, asking you to turn computer on, tap buttons, -- if I were a computer repair person, I wouldn't be calling them. Not only that, you can't even understand them. Asked for their location...THEY ARE IN INDIA! Americans buy products and then jobs associated with them are outsourced to another country....We should take a stand and not support a product that does not support us! Computer still broken and is only a year old...cannot get drives to read anything...what a chunck of crap!
