Keenzo.com Complaint - Dishonest and Incompetent

I ordered two winch handles from Keenzo.com on August 25th; they indicated these were in stock and sent a confirmation email the same day. On August 27th, Keenzo charged my credit card and so I assumed the handles had shipped.

Guess again. After a week, I emailed Keenzo to find out where my order was, as the ship date was still showing as "Pending".

No reply.

The day after that, I contacted them via the "Contact Us" form on their website, inquiring as to when my order might ship.

No reply.

On the ninth day, I called them. Wonder of wonders (given my experience so far) a real person picked up the phone right away, and then proceeded to fill my ear with lies.

"Oh, we SENT you an email telling you they weren't available."

No. You didn't. And yes, I'd been checking my spam folder as well, just in case. There was NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever. But they had no problem taking my money.

Lesson learned? Price isn't everything. Stick to a reputable retailer who will actually deliver and will communicate with you if there is a delay. I will avoid Keenzo like the plague from here on out. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal, because I have my doubts I'll get a refund, either.

UGH! I hate lack of follow through from companies. Stock runs out, it happens. There Is no excuse for not immediately notifying customers.
