Best Buy Complaint - Best Buy Of Philadelphia Does not help you when a New Flat Screen TV goes bad.
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- My elderly friend saved his money for 2 years to buy a flat screen TV. He purchased one at Best Buy. It worked for 2 months then went black and stopped working. He called Best Buy and they gave him the service number for the manufacturer. My friend asked if he could exchange the TV for another one but Best Buy said no. Best Buy does not service what they sell. He ended up calling the service person. The service person said that they were going to come over and check out the TV in about 4 days. When they (the service person)came over they did not have the part to fix the TV.(can you believe a service person does not carry parts with them?) Well after 3 weeks the service person fixed the Tv. Three weeks and my friend had to pay for cable TV all that time. I and all 1000 of my friends will never Buy from Best Buys again. They suck. Louie the Bear from Philaelphia.
