Best Buy Complaint - Asking for exchange of refrigerator
HARRAHAN, LOUISIANA -- I really hope someone will help me. We bought a GE Refrigerater from Best Buy in Metairie La. Brand new. We have been having problems ever since. Best Buy told us it is no way they will exchange refrige they will send tech. We said they should exchange since it has been 3mos and the refrige starred acting up way sooner than that. You just can't get anyone to answer the phone. We don't know who to go to or turn to. Hoping this letter will fall in the right hands. Most businesses tell a buyer up front that they have 30 day warranty during the time of purchase, not the Best Buy. After something breaks down they tell you to look on back of paper where the 30 day.
notice is. We were just so happy to get it cause we we were using smsll desk top from Wall Mart We are not asking for much because we don't have much. We are one of the ones who returned back to New Orleans La from the Hurricane Katrina. and trying to get on our feet like everyone else. Someome please reply to oldstanby@aol. com
