TSR Wireless-Network Services Complaint - No response; Pager not working

CALIFORNIA -- I have been trying to reach TSR Wireless in May for my pager that doesn't get pages and various other problems and found it had been taken over by Network services, every number 411 has, no one answers, the website is always temporarily down for upgrade. After 2 mnths I got hold of someone, after calling 4 different numbers that finally led up to Network Services and they gave me an address to send my broken pager to which I did next day air w/ fed ex the tracking #82848886310 they sent me a pager 2 weeks later that doesn't work(!) with a letter asking for the old pager and a $10 fee, they had no record of me sending in the old one and now for the last week the 800 number always says to call back later because of the gigh volume of calls. This has been a rough merge, a time consuming effort on my behalf, and very poor customer service.I have never had a problem with the company prior to Network Service taking over.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I want to have a 2 months credit for the time I have been unable to use the pager and a new working pager without any more shipping fees or charges.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
