Priceline.com Complaint - Charged Twice For Same Room
Customer service was rude and unwilling to listen to situation, Charged once by Priceline and again by the hotel. Priceline states its not their problem, so much for them having a partnership with their affiliates. I would never use them again after this, they have some responsibility for the actions of companies the consumer books with them.
Hotel states that Priceline dropped the reservation so I had to purchase a room again.
