T-Mobile Complaint - The President....
I've been with T-mobile on the "flex pay" account for about 2 years now. I once had canceled my service because I was charged an outrageous amount for them processing my credit card after I had already paid in cash at the store for the same bill!!! I have gone back to t-mobile because it is the only company with service in my area that lets me have a "like contract" plan without a contract. With a flexpay account they do not offer discount pricing for phones, or even let you buy a new phone when logged into your my. t-mobile account, I have no idea why! When you try to buy just a phone it tries to get you to get a new plan and everything with it. I have been to other sites that offer t-mobile phones as well (wirefly, lets talk etc. still nothing!)
As for the people who state they have the best customer service, How many companies have you talked to? I personally work for another wireless provider as a customer service agent, and we do not treat our customers anything like t-mobile does! One post I saw while reading other reviews stated that every time they call t-mobile they speak to someone from the U.S. I have yet to speak to someone whose FIRST language is ENGLISH let alone someone located in the United States.
I know that with most companies you can pretty much get what you want if you ask for the President of the Company's phone number or address. This usually works (not 100% fool proof, but you can try it!)Most companies do not want anything to go this high up, especially complaints!
