Crazy Freddy's Motor Sports Complaint - Liars At Best, Deceives, Never Doing/Recommending Business

MASSAPEQUA, NEW YORK -- Crazy Freddy's has long been known to advertise their insanely low prices on bikes and other motor sports vehicles. if you do a quick google search, you will see many complaints of how they rip off customers, many of whom are anxious to buy. As for me, I purchased a brand new bike from them back in 07 and a service warranty. I no longer want this warranty and by right I can cancel and have the money refunded to me. I have been chasing the staff, calling them countlessly and nobody returns my phone calls and no one will even take my phone call. Everyone is either on vacation, not at their desk, in a meeting, on the phone, etc etc etc, excuses upon excuses. When I personally went in with my wife who was fuming at this point, the mgr was extremely rude to her because like me, she was fed up with the lies. The mgr rudely tells me they have processed my cancellation and waiting on approval. Knowing that they are consistent liars, I checked to make sure if they had processed my papers, and of course nothing has been done. Nothing has been done for the past 6 months. In essence they wasted our time driving in and basically fed us lies to "shoo" us out the door. And the mgr even cursed at us as we were walking away. What great customer service! I hope this places rots!!!

Between my friends and I we have purchased 6 new bikes in the last 2 years, and all of us are going through the EXACT same problem. Crazy Freddy's will take your money but if you want what's rightfully yours good luck trying to get it back! Before you go and buy something please do a quick search about Crazy Freddy's rep, you'll think twice! Read everything before you sign, they have tendency to "slip" thing on ....

Have you tried requesting a refund directly from the warranty provider?

yes my fault for not researching a little more about the company and saj80 - I called my warranty provider and they cannot do anything without CF signing off the paperwork authorizing them to cancel ... I tried everything to get it done myself since CF will not help me but it all goes back to them :(
