Liberty Mutual Insurance Co Complaint - Does not take care of customer and ignores request for assistance
Let's start with the fact that we live in Louisiana. According to the representatives in Texas office for claims for Liberty Mutual we all fraudalant and lieing people in Louisiana. That being said....no we are not. We had a personal slam on their brakes in front of us and yes we hit fender to bumper. No damage done to them but damage done to my vehicle. They did not want to call the cops or anything and they were not hurt. We call Liberty told what happened and they set up a claim. Once in the shop and pictures were taken they would only pay for half the damage to our truck refused to look at anything that also was damaged due to the accident that could not be seen in the pictures or send anyone out to look at it. The claim representative was never in, never could talk, or another "team Member" was handling her claims. They didn't help...they either told us to call back or NO they weren't going to help us. They only sent part of the payment for the damage minus our deductible and closed the file. If anything else was found to be wrong in the shop, to bad to sad.
I guess this is how you treat at 10 plus year customer that never had a claim until this one....
They truly do not care about the individual only the monthly payments that are directly taken out of our account each month.
