EliteXtreme Complaint - Do Not Repeat Do Not! Order Or Deal With This Company
OMG!!!! ARE U KIDDING ME!! I AM ANOTHER VICTIM OF THEIR RUDE, CRUDE AND "I DONT GIVEA S***" ATTITUDE! Ordered July 3,2009 7/22/09 - Called on status - BACK ORDERED will be another week or so.. 8/3 called again - STILL on back ordered will be out this week. 8/10/09 CANCELLED ORDER for 2 reasons - Still getting run around about order AND the RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD (#1) Her "Supervisor" - #2 IS NOT ANY BETTER! Was told then that my $ would be back in my account in 10 days or so. 9/1/09 - WHAT A SHOCK NO $$$ YET- CALLED AGAIN and was told IT WOULD BE BACK IN MY ACCT 24 TO 48 HRS. Called AGAIN today 9/4/09 Liz put me on hold for 10 minutes with the pretense I was going to talk to the "Supervisor" (#2). Never got her. Called back, #2 "did not know" she had a call waiting (yea right). #2 told me a check would go out soon. "A CHECK!!!" OMG! And I was belittled because I was complaining of ONLY $26!!! BIG LESSON LEARNED!
I HAVE THIS BOOKMARKED TO READ FUTURE COMPANIES REVIEWS - HAD I SEEN THIS BEFORE-MOST DEFINITELY WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED! BTW - The accounting Dept DOES NOT TAKE CALLS - as I was told by #2 - She is the highest "Person" that takes calls.
