Pep Boys Complaint - Unacceptable Customer Care by Manager
WEST MIFFLIN, PENNSYLVANIA -- Ordered parts from PEP BOYS and finally received after 3 weeks wait. Took hope to find parts broken.
Returned with parts and spoke with ASST MANAGER which was very professional. I did not have recpiet but the stores paperwork was located and he ask the MANAGER what could be done to help me. I did not want cash, I just wanted a replacement part which was not damaged. The MANAGER was rude and told me to go home and find my Visa recpiet if I wanted help. I live 20 miles away and he said sorry.
I told him if that the way PEP BOYS treat there customers, I would not be back. The ASST Manager later called and apologized for the way I was treated. He should be the manager by all means.
The PEP BOYS by Century 3 Mall in Pittsburgh needs
some Customer Care Training for there Manager.
