Hotels.com Complaint - No Admittance
I was searching for a room for the night in Daytona during bike week. Made an internet reservation for a days inn. Dicovered my purchase was thru Hotels.com. I arrived at the hotel to find there was no reservation that it was cancelled the night before. I didn't cancel so I got on the phone for an hour going round and round that my reservation was cancelled and they say its not! They tld me to give it another 15 minutes and try the desk again. Did that and now reservation and my attitide tanked and was thrown out of the hotel. I found a nice room on the beach for half the price and decided to claim my refund later with hotels.com. It took several calls and hours on hold but got my full refund after all that complaining I had done. Funny thing was I could not post a negative review on the website, kept saying I was not a registered customer. (yes I am)Hoels.com failed again!
