CAROL STREAM, ILLINOIS -- DO NOT TRUST THESE MONOPOLY PIGS! They are the only service in our town and treat us like garbage. They quoted us 1.5mbs DSL, we are lucky to get 512kb. Ask a SUPERVISOR what is going on.. response: oh sorry, nothing we can do, you signed up for this. No I did not, I asked for 1.5mbs.

They gave us a telephone number, a week later the number changed without notification. What will the SUPERVISOR do? Nothing, oh sorry, I don't know what happened but this is the way it is and has to be, too bad for the customer.

Something needs to be done about these abusive monopoly corporations. We are stuck with them and how they decide to treat us. Not only do they deliver false information (lies), they hire inept employees and SUPERVISORS who care little about their customers.

I am so sick of centurytel stopping me from sending mail always wanting to have a user name and password and I type the password they give me and still it doesn't work. I never know when this will happen. I use windows mail. No other servers has ever done me this way, I pay too much for phone and DSL service anyway
