SuperShuttle Complaint - Didn't pick up, yet charged
45-02 DITMARS BLVD, QUEENS ASTORIA,, NEW YORK -- I booked Super shuttle van pick up at 9am Aug 3rd to take us from Soho, NY to LGA for the 11.30 flight to DFW. We waited on the street with 2 kids for 90 mins, all along calling the customer service to check why our van hadn't arrived. They told me to contact the driver directly which I did. He told me that he was in Manhattan & it would be at least 11 am before he picked us up. Why did I have to book the 9am pick up if we were going to be picked up at 11am for a 11.30am flight. He never arrived & we had to call customer service & cancel our ride. Eventually we took a taxi to the airport & missed our flight anyway all because of shabby serive/no service from Super Shuttle. Yet I have been charged by this company for the ride that was never rendered. My repeated requests have not yielded any refund of my charge. Please be aware of this comapny's ethics and horrible customer service before you book any rides especially to the airport. It is disgusting that Super Shuttle is allowed to do business in all big cities without some Better Business Bureau reprimanding them.
