National Auto Care Complaint - National Auto Care a nightmare

I took my car to a repair shop on a Thursday, I was told no one could attend me because there was a specific person that attended PR claims that I had to wait the next day at 8am. I took my car again to the shop at 1pm and the car was ready within the hour. NAC auto care then had to send a fax to the shop so I can sign and they can process the order. Such fax was never sent. I then had to wait until Saturday to call. I made 3 calls of a duration of 45 minutes each with no answer. I found a number on the internet and called to find out they were not working on Saturdays and Sundays and Monday was a holiday that I had to wait until Tuesday. A car couldn't be rented because there was no one there to take the claim. I was left without my car for four days. The whole repair wasn't covered and I ended up paying 100.00 of deductible and the tax of the repair. Loss 5 days of work both my husband and I, went through a bad time trying to take my kids to school and was very disappointed. I can't believe I have to go through this every time I have to repair my car. Very bad insurance company.
