Hertz Complaint - There is not a real live person that works at Hertz!
I am an honest person trying to follow up on a claims case of the rental car I rented. It was hit in a parking lot while I was in the store.
I have called 4 differect telephone numbers (all given to me by Hertz). The first phone number (which was an 800 number) was not available from my calling area. The 2nd number was no longer valid. The 3rd number, I left 3 messages and no call back. The last number is a direct line as the 3 number with the exact voice mail message.
I just want to clear up my claim - pay what needs to be paid . . . . BUT HERTZ WON'T CALL ME BACK.
Do you thing I should cancel my credit card so they are unable charge anything on it until a real person contacts me?
