AutoZone Compliment - Great customer service

KISSIMMEE, FLORIDA -- I ended up with a dead battery in my vehicle. I had my father take it out and give me a ride to AutoZone to get another one. When he walked into the store with the battery in his hand, Danny happened to be walking by as we entered the store and took it out of his hands and went directly to test it. Yep, it was dead. It was a Duralast which is the store brand. I told him I couldn't find the receipt, so he tried to look it up in the computer. He tried under various family members names and phone numbers. Couldn't find anything. Their batteries have a sticker on the side with the month and year. Mine was 05/07. (They have a 2 yr warranty). Danny said he could pro-rate the battery and I could just pay the difference on a new one. All in all, we were there less than 10 minutes and I paid less than $30 for a new battery. I wish more things in life could be this simple. Thanks Danny and AutoZone.
