Had a bad experience at a Koru Lounge was treated by staff member with such disrepect that I wrote letters of complaint to Chairman and Board Tis was back in April. Had a patsy letter back from customer services but no reply from people I individually wrote too. Tells me they don't give a dam

What was bad about your experience? I suggest you write a letter to the Customer Service team as Chairmen of the Board of large companies often do not answer complaint letters as they have much greater duties to do in the day to day operatrions. Those letters end up at the customer service departments... It just takes a lot longer.

Apparently a response from the customer service team was not good enough, she actually thinks the chairman would take the time to personally write to her.
And would you care to elaborate on what soured your experience?
