VRBO.COM Complaint - Consumer Comments
Recently, I rented a vacation home through VRBO.com. I am fully aware this is a Internet site assisting owners of vacation homes to rent online at a reduced cost of other methods.
The owner of this site did miss-represent the condition of the home.
Upon my attempt to complain about the condition through VRBO.com, I learned your complaints are reviewed by their client/homeowner first and if they agree, it is posted. Duh! Who is going to post a negative comment.
I did get a response from the homeowner. I am in hopes the problem is resolved.
But what kind of organization refuses to post honest complaints about their customers.
