Sprint/Nextel Complaint - DO NOT USE SPRINT, THEY ARE LIERS AND SERVICE SUCKS
I call to cancel service on my cell phone on Thursday 9/10/09. Sprint REFUSED to disconnect/cancel the service because they wanted to BILL for the whole month. I was told that service on my phone was going to be disconnected on 10/08/09 because they won't CREDIT my account. The customer service received was horrible and I was transfer twice and after I while of waiting they transfer me to a voice mail. Please be careful when using Sprint/Nextel I had never had this issues with AT&T or Verizon.
