Federal Express Corporation Complaint - Bad service - Verizon Air Card
9-10 FedEx left a door tags on my front gate stating they could not deliver and would be back 9-11. I stayed at home on 9-11 but when I looked out the front window I seen a door tag hanging from the front gate. The driver didn't even try. We have lived at this site for 5 1/2 years and FedEx is the only delivery service that does this. The next day service we wanted is now 5 days. Three weeks ago they delivered a box of shoes and the driver threw it over the gate and it landed by the sprinkler, needless to say the next morning the box and shoes were very wet. It's almost like FedEx is doing this to piss me off.
My solution to this in the future is to demand that all the companies that I buy from not to use FedEx. This requires me to phone in my orders because online order doesn't offer other carriers. Hopeful enough people will do this and the companies will soon realize they may be losing money because of FedEx poor service. I know most companies have contracts with FedEx that eliminates competition with other carries but I do believe the customer has the right for good service.
I will not buy from a company that uses FedEx. Five years of this is enough.
