Best Buy Complaint - Customer Service - LG Refrigerator
I purchased several appliances from Best Buy (over $5,000) and for some reasons, I did not get a warranty for my refrigerator. Now I purchased a 5 yr warranty plan for all my items but the refrigerator. So of course, the customer representative did not purchase a warranty for my refrigerator, and I did not notice it either. So the excitment of purchase did not last long, once I found out there was not warranty on my refrigerator. So, of course, the only appliance I am having problems with is the refrigerator. So when I call customer service, in reference, to the appliances, they can pull up the order, and see that I have a Service Plan, but cannot service the appliances because they don't have the Service Plan Number on my order. I am currently on the phone now waiting to speak with a supervisor, and will call the corporate office, first thing Monday morning. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy every again.
