KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI -- As a consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.
I signed up for cingular service in april 03,
every month for 12 months, I had to call them about my billing and my dropped call's, I wasn't getting my rollover min's and i was getting charges for going over my min's.One of the sales rep's was calling me on my cell phone, trying to get me to up grade my service,(at my expense,) I told him no,He did it anyway.
After getting fed up with the lies and unskilled customer service people, I asked for a final bill, along with that I received a $150.00 early termination fee, which I've been paying in payment's, but they still are threatening me with putting it on my credit report. This is not fair to us, the consumer,to have to pay for a service we're not happy with. Sarah
As a resolution, I would like the following:
I would like my money back, for the early termination.The service was terrible, I was having three,to six dropped call's a day.
I was told it was the phone, 4 phones later ,it was still the same.
