SAN LEANDRO, CALIFORNIA -- The last review I read talked about 4 days of no response. How about 2 months of lies, disrespect, and absurd billing. They have changed the billing on my account abruptly on several occasions, promised pickup of equipment I don't want several times, don't answer the phone or return calls, etc. I agree, they seem to only be concerned about the bottom line, overcharging for equipment that I should have bought myself. Buyer beware.
