Best Buy Complaint - Double Charged - X box Game
SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO -- I purchased an X Box game at the Santa Fe Store. They charged me twice on my Visa card. The store did not answer their phone for 45 minutes. The online phone number kept me on hold for another 45 minutes. When I finally got a person to talk to they only transferred me to another department. I still don't have the problem resolved. I now need to purchase a computer and a TV. I don't dare buy them at Best Buy and get double charged.
