Quest Complaint - Questionable Work Ethics Seriously Toasted = QUEST - Business Phone
Business Phone - Complaint
The short version because you don't have time for entire story. It started over three years ago when I decided to convert me residential phone line to a business line after a QWEST representative told me I would receive a free Dex yellow page listing that would include the base listing in the book as well as on Dexknows.com. It more than doubled the monthly phone bill as I expected but they failed to deliver on the Dex yellow page listing for TWO YEARS and they still to this day have not satisfied the promise of being listed online with Dexknows.com. I take that back...they did have us listed online for about a month or so, but they inserted our closest competitors phone number in our listing..NICE TOUCH!
I have had countless fruitless phone conversations, been on hold for countless hours / hung up on, been out and out lied to and promised that matters would be resolved and its like beating your head into a brick wall.
It just feels good when you stop. If you have a choice, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH QUEST!
