Video Only Complaint - Horrible treatment
PORTLAND, OREGON -- We bought a camera to set up live streaming. We figured out after tial and error that we need a camera with a microphone input. We were just past the 30 day cut off for returns, bu they agreed to return it since we were upgrading to a more expensive camera. We chose one and they only had the floor model. We asked for a discount and they said no. They were already doing us a favor by letting us return something after 30 days. They guy threw my credit card at me, threw the pen in my ditrection to sign, then made a huge production about crossing off the return policy and writing "no refunds or exchanges" on the receipt. I was so shocked by the rude treatment. My co-worker went back in and made him write and sign "OK to return if defective" since it was a floor model. Believe me I will NEVER step foot in that store again.
