WAYNE, MICHIGAN -- On 09-11-09 I missed my flight for Vegas, I booked myself on Spirit's latest flight, my ticket cost around 340 dollars. I called spirit airlines to put me on their early morning flight or on any available flight they had, they refused. i request to speak to spirit 's supervisor she was just busy selling me another ticket for 400 dollars.

I cried for mercy all I need was just to put me in their any available flight their were unable to do that for me. I spoke to almost 10 people they all refused. They were all busy offering me to purchase a new and expensive ticket.
