Sprint Complaint - A Year Of Perfect Annoyance
Boy, the $200 I lost when I ended my 2 year contract a year early is like a small price to pay, to be rid of this. I guess this is what they mean by the Devil's Bargain.
It started right off at the beginning. These annoyances. Getting billed over the top.
I'd enrolled for a one year contract, and everything was going smooth as a boat on the rocky seas, what with all the over billing and crap. And I'd spoken to the customer representative and was ensured that my contract would be over, as of September 2009. And come September, and what was the nasty little surprise that was in store for me?
No one knows why, how, or when, but my one year contract was now officially a 2 year contract. Pissed off, I told the representative on the phone to go all the way back to when I'd started on this contract, and what was I told? It was a 2 ****ing year contract!
What the heck people?
This is it. I'm glad to be finally be rid of it.
And don't even get me started on the over billing crap.
