AARP Home Insurance Program Complaint - AARP Home Insurance Nightmare Experience

I started the process of getting an AAPR quote on my home about 8 months before the current policy expired. In that time, I talked to approximately 8 different agents with 8 different stories. They first required me to insure my other properties with them (which turned out to not be a requirement), said that I needed a lead based paint inspections (which they lost then after I cancelled my existing policy said was not sufficient), sent me a quotation 15 days before my exisiting policy expired (when I called in to purchase this policy was told that they would not honor it), and finally was given no explanation as to why I received soooooo much incorrect information, and was even told that supervisors were working on projects and couldn't talk to be for at least two hours.

This has been a horrific experience that has taken me countless hours and far too much emotional energy. I would never recommend that anyone do business with this company! Now I'm left to scramble for insurance in the remaining 15 days before my existing policy expires.
