Book in hotels.com Complaint - Book in hotels is definitely a scam!!
Complaint
I booked accommodation through bookinhotels 4 months ago and yesterday, the hotel's receptionist told me over the phone they had cancelled the booking!
No reason given, money taken from the account (but of course), nobody to answer the phone and false email address. I'm furious, what a bunch of crooks!
It's the 1st time I write a review but it's worth spreading the word.
my advice: stay away from them!

Have you tried disputing the charge with either your bank or credit card?
